Alligator snapping turtles are a predatory turtle with a prehistoric apearance!
They have tongues shaped like worms, which they can wiggle around to lure unsuspecting fish straight into their jaws!
Their bite force is so incredible that they could bite directly though bone!
Also, they are incredibly cute. Alligator snapping turtles are some of my favorite animals overall! Their most often way of catching prey is staying in place, not moving at all, holding their breath for as much as 30 minutes!
